5/17/2011 - "I am honestly impressed. My husband and I paid for this service when we were on our way to our cruise ship. The price was very reasonable compared to taxi and other services. While we were on the cruise we booked a tour with the boat and found out we were not going to use All Stars. We tried to get our money back from one of the shuttles and he told us he couldn't. I thought my money was lost. Then I called the number on the receipt and Kendt sent out a refund immediately. I received it in the mail right as I got home in Orange County.
