Pick-Up Instructions
PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS FOR SEAPORT AND AIRPORT

Port Everglades and Miami Cruise Port
When you are going through customs and starting to collect your luggage, we ask that you call 954-226-7828 or 954-394-5837 that way we have 10-20 minutes to send our drivers to your terminal. If you call after you’ve collected your luggage, there will be an additional wait for the driver to arrive. Please call before to avoid a long wait time. Once you are outside you will call Dispatch at 954-226-7828 or 954-394-5837, and he will then send the driver to pick you up. The driver will be wearing a white shirt with the All Stars design and driving a white ford van, with All-Stars Tours and Transportation logo on the side, and an American Flag on the window.
Airport
Pick up instructions from the MIA (Miami International Airport)
When you’ve arrived to MIA we ask you to please call us at 954-226-7828 or 954-394-5837 so we know that your flight arrived as schedule. After you pick up your luggage from the baggage claim and step outside, call us back with your baggage claim number on the columns so the driver will know exactly where to pick you up. The driver will be wearing a white shirt and driving a white E 350 Ford van with All-Stars Tours and Transportation logo on the side, and an American Flag on the window.
Pick up instructions from the FLL (Fort Lauderdale Airport)
When you are downstairs collecting your luggage we ask you to call 954-226-7828 or 954-394-5837 that way we call our driver to come to your terminal which would take about 3-5 minutes. Once you are done collecting luggage you will exit your terminal and make the last phone call to let the driver know that you
are outside. Look for our white E 350 Ford van with our logo of All Stars Tours and Transportation and look for our driver with a white shirt and an American flag on the window and he will promptly take you to your destination.
