A: All Stars Shuttles operate from 6:00am in the morning until 11:00pm at night 365 days a year.

Q: How often does the shuttle run from the Fort Lauderdale Airport?

A: Shuttle pick up at Fort Lauderdale Airport are from 6:00am-11:00pm. Picks up are based on flight time arrival. After your plane lands all you have to do is give us a call, and it will take between 10 to 15 minutes for one of our drivers to pick you up.

Q: Do shuttles have car seats? Can I bring my own?

A: The shuttles do not have car seats. Yes, you can.  As matter of fact we always  encouraged our customers to bring your personal car seat.

Q: How long is the trip to my hotel? Will the shuttle be making additional stops other than my hotel?

A: The travel time will vary; based on your destination and how many stops needed to be made to accommodate other guests. We make every effort to limit the total amount of stops to four locations, always in the same general area. The length of your trip will depend on the location of your hotel. Most trips take approximately 30 minutes.

Q: Is the gratuity included in the cost for the Shuttle service?

A: Gratuity is not included in the price and is also not required; but certainly appreciated by our drivers.

Q: I am arriving into Fort Lauderdale International Airport or Miami International Airport and need a shuttle. Do I need to make arrangements to pick me up?

A: Yes, you need to book a reservation ahead of time to get picked up. Should you find yourself on a delayed or late flight please call us at (954) 226 7828.

Q: Are food and drinks allowed in the bus or shuttles vans?

A: No food and drinks are allowed in any of our buses or shuttle vans.

Q: How many pieces of luggage can fit in the shuttle vans?

A: Our 10 passenger vans can hold up to 16 pieces of luggage. Our 14 passenger van is equipped with a 5×8 trailer and can easily hold up to 30 large bags.

Q: Who can I call about lost or missing items?

A: For lost or missing items please call 954-226-7828. Please have reservation details such as date and time of pick up. Sending an e-mail with the description of the lost item is highly recommended; include name brand, color, size, information tag and any other details of lost item in the effort to better assist you. Q: Can I schedule a shuttle to pick me up at a specified future date & time?

A: Yes, you can schedule a shuttle to arrive at a specified future date/time. Please keep in mind that our shuttle service is an on-demand service and due to such things as traffic, weather, etc. For logistic purposes we ask that changes to reservation pickup times be done 24hours in advance. We cannot guarantee that the shuttle will be there at an exact time if a change to a reservation is made less than 24 hours in advance. If changes are made less than 24 hours in advance a shuttle will be there as close to that time as possible; please allow for any delays.

Q: Are there any additional fees that I will be responsible for other than the standard fare?

A: No, the given prices are all inclusive meaning all fees, surcharge and all taxes. The gratuity is at your discretion unless specified on the       e-mail reservation

Q: How many passengers can fit into your vehicles?

A: We carried different vehicle size. We have 10 passengers shuttle van, 14 passengers, 25 passengers and 33 passengers.

Q: Where does my chauffeur meet me at the airport?

A: All airports have different policies regarding where a chauffeur can meet a guest. Please refer to your confirmation for specific pickup instructions applicable to your airport.

Q: Where does my chauffeur meet me at the port?

A: At the Cruise Port in Fort Lauderdale: each terminal has a designated shuttle pick up area. Your chauffeur will meet you in this area. In this designated area you’ll see our vans and other vans picking up passengers and waiting to pick up passengers.At the Cruise port in Miami: you’ll exit the terminal and b-line towards the driveway of the terminal where your ship is and wait at the island or separate sidewalk adjacent to the terminal designated for pickups. In Both cases police officers and guards are always there to direct you to the designated pickup areas.

Q: What is the cancellation policy for All Stars Tours & Transportation?

A: All Stars Transportation will refund your money in full if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pick up time.
